Stanford at the Montreux Jazz Festival

Dear Alumni, Friends,

As the 2016 edition was a great success, we are happy to offer you this memorable event with alumni and friends centered around the world-renowned Montreux Jazz Festival as an annual event for the Stanford Club of Switzerland (SCofS).

For 2017, we propose Saturday July 8th, including accommodation and featuring very-difficult-to-obtain concert tickets. You can read more about the event and its 51th Anniversary in 2017 at www.montreuxjazzfestival.com

Please revert to us by Sunday, March 19th with your choice of tickets (details below).

Payment:

To secure your tickets, we are asking for the following commitment now (Deadline for payment received is March 19th, 2017) to secure tickets.

• For Standing Tickets: Price between CHF 95 and 145.

CHF 95 per ticket requested due March 19th with balance due later

• For Seated Tickets: Price between CHF 285 and 410.

CHF 285 per ticket requested due March 19th with balance due later

Dates:

1. Concerts to take place on Saturday July 8th (pending availability)

2. There will be a Stanford Club of Switzerland gathering on July 8th (time TBD)

Tickets:

1. Upon your financial commitment (see below) we will attempt to block tickets for either standing or seated concerts based on your preference.

2. The artist will NOT be known before March 30th 2017. However, we are asking your commitment to purchase the tickets regardless of artist available. Tickets are very difficult to acquire and it is only via such a blind block commitment that we can maximize chances of acquiring tickets.

3. If no tickets become available all funds will be returned to you.
